I made an entry today already, but I figure I want this blog to go a new direction. Maybe my Xanga will be more personal stuff, but this baby will be to showcase some of my writing.

Granted now, I'm not super great. Not publishing worthy, I mean most of these are just first drafts with a little editing here and there. So some constructive criticism could be helpful. I don't know if I'll ever go on to publishing anything, but I love writing. Maybe someday my name will be on the spine of a book :D

I'm going to share with you today the prologue for one project I've been working on called How to Be Human. Chapter one might soon follow, or another start of a project might. All depends on my mood and whether chapter one is finished by the time I decide to post again haha. I haven't read through what I have so far, besides the prologue. Mind you, this thing is MASSIVELY short.

Well, here you go :P

Prologue under the cutCollapse )

hmmm
So yes, its been quite a few months since I've posted..  And I really want to bring this or some other blog back... Its nice to have somewhere to talk about everything and not have to care.

Of course I also started posting on my Xanga again. But not the diet blog, my own blog. http://nerddx.xanga.com/

I'm not sure if I'm going to keep this or that. I think I like the large community of Xanga more than Livejournal. Not sure. We'll see, I guess.

Of course, I did also join Blogger and have a blog there too. I think it's a nice, professional type blog website, but I'm not very professional, or nice :]

I've given up junk food for Lent. It hasn't gone into affect yet, since I still haven't finished my Valentines Day chocolates. This is ridiculous. But once they're gone, its no more chocolate or junk foods until Easter :O

So I really haven't posted in a long while. I'm in London. It's cool. The school is shit, and I'm changing both schools and programs, so next September I'm going to be in University of Westminster for a double major in Sociology and Women's Studies. Fun stuff, right? It interests me, and will take me far with my dream to work for organizations such as Dove's Campaign for Real Beauty. I think I saw someone's blog, that they worked for something like that. I believe I wanted to contact them about it and get advice. I wish I remembered. Booooo
